1. About Boardnook and this website
Boardnook provides software and related services for structured employee onboarding. Website information is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Product descriptions, availability, implementation, pricing, support, and service levels may change or be specified in a separate proposal, order form, or customer agreement.
2. Demo requests and platform access
Submitting a demo request does not create a contract or payment obligation. We may contact you using the details provided to discuss your onboarding needs. Platform access is intended for authorised users of a Boardnook customer. Users must keep login details confidential, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use and customer content
You may not use Boardnook unlawfully, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, infringe third-party rights, or use the service in a way that could harm Boardnook, its customers, or users. Customers remain responsible for the information they enter and for ensuring a lawful basis to process employee data.
4. Intellectual property and third-party services
Boardnook, its design, software, content, trademarks, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Boardnook. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the website and services under the applicable agreement. Boardnook may depend on third-party hosting, email, analytics, security, or integration services, and their availability may affect parts of the service.
5. Availability, liability, law, and contact
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue public website features. Contractual commitments are governed by the relevant customer agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boardnook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
